Recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. It's only been a few days but I'm very happy with my Crosstrek. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. The work is reliable. I have consistently brought my 2006 Subaru Legacy to this service department for the past 14.5 years and the vehicle still runs great at 178,000 miles! Gail and Christine were very helpful in scheduling today’s service on short notice when I called this morning and they kept me informed on the status during my wait this afternoon. Christian the technician did a great job diagnosing and then advising me on the current issue with a sensor in the vehicle. He also gave good counsel and confirmation on the regular maintenance I am doing between service appointments. It’s great to see a technician who is good with cars—and customers. The pricing of this service department is much more than other places, but the reliability of the work overrides this detractor. Keep up the great work, Subaru! More
