The only thing that really separates one car dealer from another is their service department. I've had great experience with Flemington Subaru since I bought my Outback last year. But last Friday was exce another is their service department. I've had great experience with Flemington Subaru since I bought my Outback last year. But last Friday was exceptional! I had a little incident with the side of my garage while backing out which resulted in the housing of the passenger side mirror ending up in my front seat. This was after 3:00PM in the afternoon and I didn't want my husband to know (he's a good guy but is merciless about my ability to back out of the garage.) Luckily Flemington Subaru had the part in stock and by 5:00 my mirror was back on and ready to go. And the cost was way less than I expected. I can't say enough great things about my Subaru dealer. These folks are terrific! More

I purchased my car brand new from this dealership and have since had it exclusively serviced here. I scheduled an appointment online on Sept. 10, 2020 for Sept. 24, 2020 for a 90,000 mile service, repair have since had it exclusively serviced here. I scheduled an appointment online on Sept. 10, 2020 for Sept. 24, 2020 for a 90,000 mile service, repair backup camera and address a "dead mouse" odor. I dropped my car off at the dealership the afternoon of Sept. 23. The service department had all day to service my car on Sept. 24th. As of 3:30pm on Sept. 24, I had heard nothing from the service department, so I called. Trish told me they didn't find anything that would create the odor and that the backup camera needed to be replaced. She also recommended that a few filters be replaced. She was not aware that I had requested a 90,000 mile service. Again, they had my car all day and it is now 3:30pm in the afternoon and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I asked her to replace the filters and complete the 90,000 mile service. She then informed me that my car would not be ready until the next day since nothing had been done up to this time. When I picked it up at noon the following day, I found that they changed the oil using regular oil. I use synthetic oil in my car. Also, in previous servicing, my car was always washed. It was not this time. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this service appointment. If I hadn't experienced better service previously, I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
