4th Subaru Outback Lease was up on my car and due to the current situation with the virus purchasing a car is a bit different. Called and scheduled an appointment. Ordered my color and within days I had ex actually the car I wanted. Inventory is low because of the shutdown but they were able to get my new car. I am happy to say that I have leased my 4th Subaru from Flemington. Happy with the service and staff. More

At roughly 56,000 miles, my 2016 Outback was overdue for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but shy of the more extensive, and expensive, 60,000 mile maintenance. I explained this to the service team when I first contacted them, adding that I was planning a long road trip in the coming weeks. I was given through the various options and the pricing, but at no time felt pressured to choose the pricier one. In fact, I was told that a complementary maintenance inspection would be done to identify any potential issues. This was also the case when I brought the car in for the work to be performed. In the end, Jarred explained that the tires were showing some shoulder wear and that I would need to replace some kind of valve at the next servicing, which he said could be at the mid-60,000 range. He also explained that the tires didn’t need rotating because the better ones were in front. I wound up paying only for the oil change. In these stressful and uncertain economic times, the last thing I needed was to worry about my car. By treating me in a courteous and professional manner, Jarred and his team made sure I didn’t need to. More
