The whole process from the time I arrived at the dealership took about an hour and a half. Mary sweeny gave us thorough instructions on how everything worked in the Subaru forester. There’s a lot of technology and I had forgotten most of what she said By the time I drove out of the dealership. There is a learning curve with all this technology but I am assured by Mary that if I have any questions I can come back and she will go through it again, she is very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all I thought the whole process was run very efficiently. More
