He spent a total of 4 hours (2 before purchase and 2 at the time of purchase) reviewing the features of the Crosstrek Plugin Hybrid and answering my questions. I never felt pressured - Frank even accepted my rejection of Warranty extension and didn't push it! What a refreshing experience with a car dealer! Thank you Dan and the rest of the team. Over and above This did not start well as I had to wait for two weeks to have my vehicle's service issue addressed. When I arrived I saw that there were many people This did not start well as I had to wait for two weeks to have my vehicle's service issue addressed. When I arrived I saw that there were many people waiting, perhaps due to a recent recall. I told them they could keep the car overnight and was provided with a loaner. The next day I did not hear from them immediately because they were testing a component. When I finally was told the problem was resolved I came to retrieve the car and they had also noticed and corrected a potentially dangerous issue. Everything was covered by my warranty. They did go up and beyond the service expectations. Kudos to Trisha, Bill and the entire service department. Good work and good service pays off. PS.
