But, out pops Chris Wood from the showroom with a big smile and introduces himself and asks if we had any questions. Of course, and I was ready to say "no, we're just looking". But you could tell this young man was really just a nice guy. Now mind you, it was well over 90 degrees plus high humidity. He made us feel comfortable answering a few questions about the the Outback...different options etc. We made our way into the showroom and Chris offered us water or coffee etc...we talked for a few minutes and Frank DeCraine the Pre-Owned manager sat in the office next to Chris and overheard where I had worked etc and it turns out we knew several people in the industry. Anyway, of course we purchased an Outback and Frank actually offered us more on our trade than I had asked for. During the purchase we spoke with Eric Henderson the Finance Manager and he was extremely helpful and courteous. One of the best. Bottom line...one of the best sales experiences we've ever had....no pressure, no haggling...It's the way purchasing a vehicle should be. Steve Kalafer - you should be proud of all of these people!
