Hassle free, respectful. Great experience. Joe Iuzzolino, the salesman I was working with, was great; honest, respectful, very knowledgeable. The prices of identical cars were the same or even lower than at Flemington, but the service was no good. See qualities above. Joe showed me all main features, answered many many questions, helped me to choose the right car and arrange installing a couple of additional features. Sales manager, Alex Leist, helped with pricing of my Trade-In car and by participating in whole buying process. Whole atmosphere in the dealership office was relaxed, hassle free, friendly. I could tell it from the listening of the conversations of other sales associates with their customers. Based on my experience I will highly recommend Flemington Subaru and Joe with Alex in particular. More

Great experience I went in on a rainy Saturday just to look as I have a lote of friends that love their Subaru. I was not even considering a Subaru but went in after seeing one in a parking lot & liked the look. Mary Sweeney greeted me and talked me into talking a drive even though it was raining & I LOVED IT!! I talked to the Manager, Frank, who said he’d give me what I wanted for my car. They did not pressure me, & I went home & talked to my husband. We came back shortly for him to drive it & he loved the car.... end of story.... we now own a 2018 Subaru Outback. I worked with the service department to get an accessory when I picked up the car and also decided to get the remote start and had a great experience both times with them. Eric in finance we so enjoyable to work with as well & answered all my quesitons even befroe I went to sign off on the deal. Looking forward to my new service place & future place to buy a car. Kudos to Subaru Flemington Mary, Frank & Eric were great to deal with I feel they went out of their way for me whcih is what made the deal really perfect!! More

They both have such a pleasant personality, highly professional and they made the entire buying experience hassle free and easy. Mary Sweeney gave me a detailed tour of the car inside out and helped me understand it completely. I was impressed with her knowledge about cars. She suggested the car that has all the features that I was looking for. Frank DeCraine came later in the conversation and helped me understand the entire CPO process and made it very easy.
