I liked him at the outset because, unlike other auto sales people I had met over the years, Tom presented himself in a very casual and non-pressuring way. I was trying to decide whether to buy a new Subaru, or stay with Hondas that I had driven over the past 15 years. Tom was highly professional, and knew the ins and outs of the Subaru product line thus making it very easy to address my concerns and fully and honestly answer my questions. He sold me on the quality and safety of the automobile. The other staff members always greeted me with respect and made me feel at home. More

I needed to get a new car, but I was pretty sure that we wouldn't be buying a car until a future visit. I was wrong! I drove home today with a slightly used, but immaculate 2017 Subaru Forester, feeling very good about my purchase, and being very appreciative of the help I had received from the Flemington Subaru team! We had made an appointment to see Dan Keane, who had greeted us on the phone when we had called earlier in the day. But, when we arrived, Dan happened to be busy, so, until Dan was available, we were assisted by Dan's fellow "team member" Tom Plante, who not only helped us decide to consider a Certified Previously Owned 2017 Subaru Forester, but, within minutes, handed us the keys and had us test driving this "like new" car in the beautiful countryside surrounding Flemington. Comfortable, relaxed, and easy! When we came back from our test drive, we were pretty sure that the car would be for us, depending on the pricing and terms. Now, Dan Keane spent all the time we needed to be comfortable with the features of the car, getting our required financial and insurance information, and letting us know that we could probably drive the car home today! Wow! Dan was very helpful, friendly, relaxed, and professional, so we felt very good about dealing with him. Eventually, one of the managers, Frank DeCraine had reviewed our situation, and we were OK! And, finally, with some extra help from Mr. DeCraine, Eric Henderson smoothly and professionally finalized the final details of our purchase. And, I drove home a "new" 2017 Subaru Forester. It definitely was a good day at Flemington Subaru! More

Bill, Joe, and Dana, just to mention other maintenance staff, are right there to advise you and explain what's going on with your car. They have never let me down! I would give them more than five stars if I could! I bring both my Nissan Altima, ( which has 331,000 miles on it) and my Subaru Legacy (a baby with only 82,000 on it) to this service department. Gentle Reality Check and Smooth Experience In October 2017, I traded in my 2006 WRX wagon. Feeling a midlife crisis, I opted for a beautiful pre-owned 6-speed 2015 WRX. Which was a great car. In October 2017, I traded in my 2006 WRX wagon. Feeling a midlife crisis, I opted for a beautiful pre-owned 6-speed 2015 WRX. Which was a great car...but I may have been living a bit in the past when I realized it was a challenge to squeeze groceries, a four year old, a dog, and multiple bikes in the care simultaneously. Upon a visit to the wonderful Subaru service department, Gail and Bill put me in a loaner - a 2018 Forester, bright white with an amazing sunroof. Within minutes, my daughter was sold on the car, and so was I. Upon picking up my WRX from Service, I took a stroll through the sales lot, running into Frank DeCraine. When he mentioned he had a 2015 6-speed Forester Premium edition just in, there was not much more he needed to do to help convince me that it was time for a change. Eli soon joined him and assured me gently that I would genuinely benefit from the switch to a Forester. They offered a fair exchange for the WRX, even with a little extra for the snow tires I purchased for it last season. Eli and Frank worked feverishly and with smiles to get us out of there with the deal done in about 2.5 hours, while my daughter spilled hot chocolate on their desks and dropped their highlighter caps under the filing cabinets. Eric Henderson talked us through the slightly complicated (for me) task of transferring the auto loan, and we drove out of there with the sun still shining through that amazing sunroof.
