My used auto purchase very quick and painless I showed up the morning of May 29, 2018 to look at a vehicle I had inquired about the previous week. The vehicle was ready for a test drive and the trade-in of my very old (12 yrs.) Subby Forester went without a hitch. I was offered a very fair price on the vehicle I was interested in despite the fact that other customers (just a little later than I to the dealership) had expressed interest in this same vehicle on the day of my test drive/purchase. In total I spent about 20 minutes on a test drive and then less than an hour handling all the details which included credit check, carfax report, plate transfer, insurance exchange, explanation of extras and various payment options. Everything was full disclosure and there were no surprises. I have been buying from this dealer since 2004 and have always had a superior experience here. I highly recommend them. More

Frank Santora made sure I understood all of my options when it came to financing and adding extra insurance and Frank DeCraine gave me the best package possible that fit all of my wants. Wanting to add in the auto start to my car, they were able to do that the same day and I was able to go home with my car the same night!
