Quickly Met my Needs Having previously purchased a 2016 Forester through Chris Wood and Flemington and having it totaled I thought it would be prudent to visit a few other Having previously purchased a 2016 Forester through Chris Wood and Flemington and having it totaled I thought it would be prudent to visit a few other Subaru dealers before going to Flemington last for a replacement I might as well as saved myself the time as Chris Wood gave us just what we wanted and since we were in a hurry, gave it to us without any fuss and we sealed the deal within 15 minutes. Great service all 'round! More

Fantastic Matt Hoppe was so helpful and easy to speak with. I usually “get the car and go” when buying a new vehicle, then figure out the bells and whistles at Matt Hoppe was so helpful and easy to speak with. Best car buying experience ever at Flemington Subaru! My husband and I saw a crosstrek on a Sunday and loved it. On Monday we walked into Flemington Subaru and the warm friendly staff all said hi can we My husband and I saw a crosstrek on a Sunday and loved it. On Monday we walked into Flemington Subaru and the warm friendly staff all said hi can we help you. We said we are here to buy a Subaru and Mary said you came to the right place. Come sit down. (In the past, I have been to many dealerships just looking and I did not feel comfortable with someone coming right up to me while I am still getting out of the car or following me around.) I like the small showroom and the kindness that everyone showed to each other. While going for a test drive Mary was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out all the very cool features. At the same time someone was viewing our trade-in. Back in the showroom before discussing the details, Mary offered water and coffee again. Within 15 minutes we excepted the car price and trade-in value. The best part was all this was done within 2 hours. As a side note, which I found very important to mention, we were sitting in the show room and I over heard 2 different conversations both salesmen told the customers on the phone, no problem just bring it by and we will help you sync your phone. To me that goes above and beyond. Friday we picked up the car. Again it was a great quick experience. We actually showed up early and Mary started going thru some paperwork, going over the car and then we went to sign papers. Eric was very informative about all the financing, warranties and extended warranties. He did NOT pressure us (like other dealerships) and was organized with all the paperwork to sign. I would highly recommend Flemington Subaru to anyone reading this review! More

Excellent Buying Experience I arrived at the dealership at 11AM. They had the car in stock that I wanted, I test drove it and two hours later was on my way home with it. Everyo I arrived at the dealership at 11AM. They had the car in stock that I wanted, I test drove it and two hours later was on my way home with it. Everyone was prompt and courteous and Matt Hoppe, my salesman took care to go over all the features of the new car and even paired the Bluetooth on my phone for me.
