Scheduling visits with my sales person of choice (Rick Hungerford) was easy and convenient. On my last visit to finalize the purchase, I was greeted by Rick and Manager Tim Morley. Rick worked with me to finalize the sale and re-introduced me to the Service Department, most of whom I knew from buying two previous Outback’s from Flemington Subaru. My wife was with me during the negotiation but was sitting away from Rick’s desk. Tim made sure she was not bored to death and found out that his family and our family shared roots in the “Mother Land”. That’s the Family like atmosphere of Flemington Subaru. Rick spent an hour with me going over the newer features the new vehicle has over and above my 2013 trade-in. Since there are so many new technical advances in the 2018, Rick asked me to return in 1-2 weeks to go over any concerns I may have regarding the car or its new features. Flemington Subaru is further away from my home than other dealers but well worth the extra distance to obtain excellent sales, parts and repair service. Truly a 5 star organization for so many years. The salespeople don't waste time with the "let me present that to my manager" game or any other sales tricks. I've dealt with the service department for recalls and maintenance, and I have always been satisfied with the work and happy with the lack of "upsell." It helps that the dealership sells Subarus -- reliable, durable, unpretentious, safe vehicles that have a well-earned reputation for working well without demanding constant attention. More

Dan Keane, our salesperson, answered all our questions and impressed us with his knowledge and patience. Once we decided what we wanted in a vehicle Dan explained he had to locate the desired vehicle. Not only was the vehicle quickly located but the dealership (and Dan) went out of their way to have the vehicle ready for almost instantaneous pick up because my wife and I were leaving the area. When we picked the vehicle up Dan insisted on staying beyond closing time to explain all the features and how to operate them. We also want to commend Frank Santora who was involved in talking to us and processing the closing papers. Both of these gentlemen are fantastic representatives for Flemington Subaru. By the way, my wife and I have never dealt with Flemington Subaru and had never met Dan or Frank before but when we are ready for our next car we will be back to see Dan and Flemington Subaru. More
