Purchase of a new Subaru Outback Andrey was extremely helpful in our selection of a new vehicle. He kept me updated by phone as to the progress of my new Outback. I ordered it on 11/30/15 and was told to expect it within 12 - 16 weeks. I was delighted when Andrey called on Friday, 2/5/16 that the vehicle had been delivered. I traded in my 2004 SRX Cadillac and Andrey was kind enough to take off my plates and EZ-pass. He installed the EZ-Pass on my new vehicle. Craig Thompson explained the various finance packages - however I decided to pay cash for the vehicle. I did take the extended warranty giving me 4 extra years after the original warranty.
