How car buying should be I was interested in replacing my 2009 Outback with a 2015 Crosstrek XV. I reached out to Alex and Karin at Flemington Subaru online as my family has p I was interested in replacing my 2009 Outback with a 2015 Crosstrek XV. I reached out to Alex and Karin at Flemington Subaru online as my family has purchased several other Subaru's from them in the past. Alex and Karin greeted me, placed the dealer plate on the car, and let me test drive it (by myself) to get a feel for the vehicle. Upon returning, they had appraised my trade-in, offered me a fair price for the vehicle (which I already knew based on our online conversations), and gave me a fair price on the CrossTrek. Frank was a pleasure to work with and handled the financing within 15 minutes. By the time I was finished with Frank, the Crosstrek was detailed and ready to go. Alex walked me through all features and options just like he did on my previous Outback back in 2009 and I was on my way. Before purchasing the Crosstrek, I shopped around for a Toyota as well. In my honest opinion, 3 Toyota dealerships drove me away by not wanting to offer pricing online. "Your presence is in your best interest to negotiate". It's 2015, not 1977.... Many of us don't have the time or patience to sit in a dealership haggling back and forth. Everything changes, including the way people shop and purchase vehicles. Flemington Subaru respected my time and accommodated me in every way possible, just like my previous purchases from them, and that keeps me going back. Thanks guys! More

Fixed my car when other dealer couldn't I took my car to a Suburu dealer closer to my house and they told me they could not find an issue with my car and the noise I was hearing. I went to Flemington Suburu and they were EXCEPTIONAL! The Service advisor knew right away what I was talking about. He called me the next day and told me my car was done and the part was replaced. I picked up my car and it is finally fixed. This is an excellent dealership and they handle everything from start to finish like true professionals. This will be my go to dealer for all future sales and services. More
