Worth the wait for our Outback When we ordered our Outback in January, Tim Morley helped us get the model and features we wanted. He told us that the waiting period at the time was about 12 weeks, which was fine with us. We know that the best things in life are worth waiting for. Alex Leist kept in contact with us to give us updates as to our progress. The Outback arrived on time, with the additions we requested- beautiful leather seats (the craftsmanship was superb). When it came time for signing all the papers, there was a problem in that only my name was on the account instead of both mine and my wife's name. Frank Santora corrected the problem, with apologies for the misunderstanding. We look forward to being part of the Flemington Subaru family- we hear that their Service department is great (though we don't expect to see them too often). G & G Fassler More

For the past 30 years we bought through another dealer. They would come on the test drive with us, hang around while we looked at the car and worse, kept us in the dealership for HOURS!! We had to see all sort of people trying to sell us accessories, add on, guarantees..etc. It was terrible. The folks at Flemington Subaru were wonderful. We went on the test drive alone and were able to both drive the car. We looked at the car with no sales pressure, we had time to make an informed decision without be threatened that the car was going to be sold. We put a down payment on the car, signed the paper and left. We had a specific time to pick the car up and were in and out in 45 minutes. We love the car and we will be Subaru buyers from now on.
