I love that Joe didn't pass me off to a million other sales reps and managers to try and close the deal. There was no pressure put on me to make a purchase and at no point did I feel like Joe was yanking my chain. The other Subaru dealership I had initially went to had rubbed me the wrong way and I did not like the way they operated their business and they had even gotten nasty on the phone with my husband when we decided not to purchase a vehicle through them. It was a pleasure working with Flemington Subaru and I intend to go back there for all of the servicing on my 2014 Subaru Legacy. More

When I told him the model and features I wanted, he helped match them without pressuring me into anything I didn't need/want.
