I went to discuss purchasing an Impreza and Alex Leist was quick to help me when I came in the door. Alex was friendly and relaxed, I didn't feel he was trying to sell me anything. He asked what kind of car I was looking for. I knew I wanted a silver Impreza with moonroof. Alex showed me their inventory but said he would have to order or look in the dealer network for the exact car I wanted. He took down the information and found me the car 2 days later! The price negotiaon was fair and quick. Purchasing the car was quick and easy, their load officer was very professional and had me out of there quickly. It was an extremely pleasant, no pressure transaction. Alex is a friendly, professional person who really tries hard to satisfy the customer.
