I've been buying and leasing cars for 43 years. And in all those years, I've never had a more pleasurable and stress free experience as I had at Flemington Subaru. I've been hooked on the Subaru brand for 5 years now and I had a Forester to turn in that I had leased at another Subaru dealership. My sales consultant Alex Leist and I were emailing back and forth about several different cars. He was extremely prompt with responding to my questions. And overall, was absolutely great to deal with. When it came time to finalize the deal on my '13 Outback lease, Glenn Clark, the business manager, got me the best rate. Glenn, like Alex, was very personable and extremely patient with me and my insurance company regarding paperwork my company needed before I'd get my proof of insurance. Both of these guys made me feel like a family member and like I was their only customer. They're a credit to the Flemington Car & Truck Country organization. Though many try, dealing with them was like nothing I've experienced at any dealership. I highly recommend them and I'll be back for sure when my lease is up. Alex took the time to make sure we knew all the "in's and out's" on each car we looked at. This helped us alot with the car we ultimately chose. I have used Flemington Subaru for servicing of my previous vehicles (a 2002 Impreza Outback Sport and 2006 Impreza Outback Sport), and found the Service personnel to always be knowledgable, friendly previous vehicles (a 2002 Impreza Outback Sport and 2006 Impreza Outback Sport), and found the Service personnel to always be knowledgable, friendly and courteous. When my 2006 Sport developed a major problem, I decided to replace it and gave the Flemington Subaru Sales department a try. Bob Geissler was also knowedgable, friendly and courteous, and sold me very quickly (wihout being pushy) on the car I was looking at (a 2013 Impreza Sport!). When I returned for a minor issue (attaching the front license plate to the car), Bob was there and helped me right out. I always recommend Subarus to all my friends (this is my fourth) and I will now whole-heartedly recommend Flemington Subaru! (P.S. Becky in Service was quite aware of my getting a new car as she recognized my old one, which I traded in, in the lot...how's that for remembering your customers??!!) More

Flemington Subaru is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. It was an experience like no other. Not only was Rick very nice but there was no pressure.
