It was indeed a very wonderful experience to be treated as (VIP) very important person by the staff, which is sometimes missed by other car dealers in town.  I felt very comfortable talking to the staff as there was no hazzle and round-around talk. Everybody was nice and very accommodating.  I was really amazed for the trust and confidence by the company to allow to me test drive the car of my choice ALONE in order to feel and evaluate how car handles on the road.  I also appreciate the staff for the great price offered to me. Everyone we ran into was friendly and did not treat us as a "mark" to try to swindle as much money out of you as possible, like some dealers. And this dealership is in Jersey yet! I also felt we got a fair deal overall. My goal is not to ever try to get the actual cheapest price possible, but to get a good solid fair deal that I can fell good about and hopefully the dealer can too. Working with Bob on the purchase of a new car was a wonderful experience. I visited Flemington Subaru, test drove the vehicle, was offered an excellent price without exhaustive dickering, along with a very fair price on my trade in, and they accomplished all this in less than an hour. Brian Peters was an excellent salesperson, and Glenn Clark was also a pleasure to deal with. They take care of all of the big, important things at Flemington Subaru, but they also take the time to deal with details. When I went to pick up my plates and registration, they had laminated my registration card and insisted on putting on my plates for me. This attention to detail, along with their superior customer service has convinced me that I will be purchasing my subsequent vehicles from Flemington Subaru if at all possible. More
