We also appreciate the fact that for test drives we go on our own and have enough fuel to test a vehicle meticulously without pressure for 20 or 30 minutes. We value that each of us has an opportunity to drive highway, back road, windows up, windows down, AC and heat on/off to truly experience each vehicle we're testing. They care that we feel confident in our purchase and there is no pressure to take our time either. After the purchase we continue to be reminded that we're not just customers in one instance, we are reminded with thank you cards, even a box of cookies, they appreciate our business and customer loyalty beyond the transaction. Our salesperson Bob Geissler guided us to the most suitable and affordable Subaru model. Fortunately, we selected a model from the available inventory of the dealership.The sale was made late in the afternoon on a Friday, yet the processing and delivery was expedited so we were able to take the vehicle home the next afternoon.Since we live over an hour from the dealership, this was most satisfactory! Alex was the first person I talked to in a winding, multi-month search of brands, dealers and salesman. The Flemington dealerships have had an excellent reputation over the years. My car's transmission had been acting up and I wanted to see what other options existed. We bounced around a few ideas including a possible Land Rover, but I found this nice little truck on their website. Bobby tracked it down and got the inside scoop on it even though he works at a different dealership. Everyone that I met was great to work with. The paperwork was explained thoroughly and I was able to filled it out quickly. When I came back to pick up the truck several days later, it was right up front ready to go. Plates on, full tank of gas and the registration card was sitting on the gear shift. Right now I'm enjoying my new (used) truck. It has a few miles on it and I intend to put a few more on it.
