I recently purchased a new Subaru Legacy from Ciocca Subaru of Flemington, NJ and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this dealership and their entire team. My sales representative, Art Cole Subaru of Flemington, NJ and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this dealership and their entire team. My sales representative, Art Cole was outstanding. Art did not make me feel pressured in any manner. He explained every aspect pf the new vehicle in detail, making sure I was totally comfortable before leaving the dealership. The Sales Manager, Chris Wood, introduced himself and made sure all of my questions were being answered to my satisfaction. Chris also made sure that I felt we were getting a fair deal with regards to my trade-in. Eric Henderson, the Finance Manager, was equally as helpful and did not put any pressure on us to purchase any of the additional extended warranties. Eric reviewed the various options available in detail to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions I would like to thank each of these individuals for their time and patience. I will definitely consider using this dealership in the future and feel very comfortable recommending them to my family and friends. More
I have been going to this dealership since I bought the car in 2018. When they told me the problem with my car, I asked if it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased. They told me that they had car in 2018. When they told me the problem with my car, I asked if it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased. They told me that they had no record of the warranty and I had to send a picture of it to prove it even though I have used it multiple times. The advisor then said she would call and ask. She sent a text a few minutes later that said the repair would not be covered. I asked why since I could see that the warranty did cover the reported problems. She then said she would call again and this time she reported that it would be covered. I was grateful that the repair was covered but don’t think it should be my job to find out what is covered. The advisor acted annoyed with all of my questions and made me feel guilty for asking her to recheck the warranty. In the end it saved me $2000 so I’m glad I pushed. More
