Chris also made sure that I felt we were getting a fair deal with regards to my trade-in. I have been going to this dealership since I bought the car in 2018. When they told me the problem with my car, I asked if it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased. They told me that they had car in 2018. When they told me the problem with my car, I asked if it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased. They told me that they had no record of the warranty and I had to send a picture of it to prove it even though I have used it multiple times. The advisor then said she would call and ask. She sent a text a few minutes later that said the repair would not be covered. I asked why since I could see that the warranty did cover the reported problems. She then said she would call again and this time she reported that it would be covered. I was grateful that the repair was covered but don’t think it should be my job to find out what is covered. The advisor acted annoyed with all of my questions and made me feel guilty for asking her to recheck the warranty. In the end it saved me $2000 so I’m glad I pushed. More
