Working with Cole and Tyler was great. They were both friendly, courteous and professional when it came to buying our new 2025 Subaru Outback. Having bought a number of vehicles over the years, I am well aware of the negotiating that's involved. I was, however, a little put off by the sales manager (Nick?), especially when it came to a trade in. His initial low-ball offer for our older (cream puff) Outback was insulting. Even after showing him several higher on-line quotes from other places, his final offer didn't even match the Kelly Blue Book offer that his own dealership (Ciocca) provided to us on-line before we got there. And to add further insult, when we said no to the trade-in, he snidely asked if we still wanted the new car. Even so, we did buy the new Outback (which we love) and took our 2015 Outback to CarMax, where they paid over $2000 more than Nick's final offer. Thus, in the end we are happy, but it could have gone better. More
