Service Department has always maintained my 2018 Outback Touring very well, appointments are always kept and the quality of workmanship is excellent. After many years of driving 5,6 & 7 series BMW’s I made the switch to Subaru and have never been more satisfied with a vehicle. Handling and performance are excellent and my vehicle gets the scheduled maintenance right on time. I recently had the front seats replace due to a manufacturing flaw from the seating material supplier and the Ciocca service department did an excellent job on the seat replacement. More
