Service Department has always maintained my 2018 Outback Touring very well, appointments are always kept and the quality of workmanship is excellent. A few years ago I brought my daughter to this same dealership to purchase her first car. The dealership was friendly and the whole experience left us both feeling impressed. She had her car serviced and the people were great. My experience has been different. I purchased the car in January. It was dark but I could see a glue like substance on the vehicle as well as a damaged driver mirror. Today the mirror was finally replaced but despite me leaving the car at the dealership all day, it still has tree sap on it. When I stated that I’ve been nervous about having the sap on the car for so long, my concern was dismissed. I’ve given the dealership three chances to clean the car and it remains dirty. People keep saying that they want me to be happy but their actions say otherwise. Now I’m asked to give them a fourth attempt to clean the car but I should mark the areas of concern. All of this makes it sound as if I’m being picky. I just want the car sap off of the car to prevent further damage. I was told that the car would be detailed yet there’s sap all over it. The rest of the car isn’t clean but I can take it to my regular detailing place. I feel like 7 weeks was more than fair. It’s stressed me out and embarrassed me. I really wanted to be a satisfied customer but I feel completely disrespected. More
