They did a great deal on meeting our budget payment amount. The service manager Harold Stone was very professional and also very personable in taking care of the needs of our vehicle. I have been to other local dealerships and I have not been treated with this level of respect and genuine caring of the concerns we had for our vehicle purchase and the warranty specifics, If you are looking for a great dealership to buy from I highly recommend Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport. Cannot offer enough praise to Phil. I was looking for a specific truck and he took the time to locate one for me. Phil kept me apprised of the truck build and delivery.
