Frank, Louis and the staff were extremely accommodating and diligent in finding me the exact same car that was previously destroyed. They were sympathetic to my situation and I believe they went out of their way to make this purchase very smooth. More

I visited Ciocca of Allentown on a Friday evening just to take look. I was in the market for an electric car and was interested in an ID4. Jake Padelski let me take a test drive of the ID4 electric SUV. We m take look. I was in the market for an electric car and was interested in an ID4. Jake Padelski let me take a test drive of the ID4 electric SUV. We made an appointment to bring my Passat in the next day to see what I could get for a trade in. Jake and his finance team gave me a great trade in offer on my car and excellent lease and buying options. The experience was wonderful and I was in and out in less than three hours. I have already referred another potential buyer to Jake this morning who was admiring my car. If you are interested in a new or used vehicle, ask for Jake at Ciocca of Allentown, he will take excellent care of you. More

A week ago I would have given this dealership 5 stars. I made an hour drive Saturday night and got there right before closing to check out a used car. My salesman was great and let me take the car for a spi made an hour drive Saturday night and got there right before closing to check out a used car. My salesman was great and let me take the car for a spin on my own, I came back and agreed to buy it. He had the car taken to be cleaned up and detailed along with filling the tank with gas - an awesome gesture especially for buying a used car. I went to sign paperwork shortly after the dealerships closing time, the paperwork was prepared and signing was a breeze. I was out the door about an hour later driving my car home. Honestly, it was a good buying experience at the time. Today I get a call saying that I need to provide more proof of income for the financing to go through even though I was approved for the loan. During this time I called the financing company who told me Ciocca sells them the lien and that they currently didn't have my car/name/financing in their system. I called my credit union to see about financing the car through them instead of sending w2s and more pay stubs in to the dealership. The credit union asked me for the total finance price of the car. I pulled the invoice out of the package and looked on the invoice to see a 2550 dollar extended warranty that was slipped in to the paperwork that I was signing. I thought this was the certified pre-owned paperwork, as it's on a VW letterhead - turns out it's Volkswagen's added on warranty instead. This raised the payments of the car by 30 dollars a month for a warranty I never intended to use, the worst part is there is a 3 tier selection on the package and it was automatically selected at the second tier. Some of the blame is mine for not asking to see all of the paperwork outside of only the ones to sign, I was naive in thinking that 1; by signing the paperwork quickly I was getting everyone home faster on a Saturday night and 2; thinking that this would be an ethical car dealership. As of right now I have no idea what is going on with the car as we are waiting for a call back from the finance office at the dealership. At this point I'd rather just have the contract cancelled and my down payment refunded. I'll happily go elsewhere. I'll update this post to reflect the dealerships actions. (I should also note that the car was advertised with having 4 rubber mats but the passenger side one was taken out and replaced with a normal Golf mat, but that's small fries compared to 2550 dollars.) Good response unfortunately the VW Golf R had some performance modifications that turned me off. The mods worried me about reliability.. I have found an R down in Florida that I'm going to pursue.. performance modifications that turned me off. The mods worried me about reliability..
