I bought a new VW Jetta in May of this year. The Faulkner Ciocca dealership touted that they sell you great service and they stand by their cars. After 5 months of ownership the air bag light went on. I took Ciocca dealership touted that they sell you great service and they stand by their cars. After 5 months of ownership the air bag light went on. I took the car in for servicing which took over 2 hours. They told me that the repairs were made after several diagnostic checks were done. I had to take a sick day in order to meet their service hours. After about 3 hours of driving the air bag light came back on. The dealership told me to bring the new car back again. I was not pleased because I feel they already had a chance to fix the car once. I talked to the service manager who was of no help at all. He made me feel as if it was my fault. I took that car back to the dealership and they said they would have to have the car overnight. I asked for a loaner vehicle because I had a feeling that this would not be a 1 day fix. I was right. After 3 days the dealership called back and said the car was ready. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Once you leave the dealership you are basically on your own. More

Today I contacted the service dept for a small repair, something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. They had it fixed in ten minutes and I was on something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. I opened a case with VWoA who followed up with the service manager of this dealership and received incorrect information about my case. Seeking an explanation as to why this occurred I called the dealership and asked that someone call me back in regards to my issue, 4 hours later when no one called back I decided to visit the dealership personally, I was greeted with my choice of 3 available service personnel, wonder why no one was available to call me back? I was able to meet with the General Manager of the dealership who listened to my issue, took down my contact information, promised to discuss the issue and get back to me... needless to say it didn't happen. Regardless of how my case with VWoA turned out I cannot believe the complete lack of customer service provided by this dealership and that is why I am posting this review. I hope you find it helpful. My fiance recently purchased a used 2003 Passat V6 with 4motion AWD that my friend Nate had told us about. All the other staff at Faulkner Ciocca VW were very friendly and accomodating towards us which was nice. I've been to other dealerships and not all of them do business like these guys so that was a plus. Overall, our experience was great and my fiance left with a car she really liked all thanks to Nate.
