My husband and I were looking to purchase a new, 2011 Tiguan SE. Over the last several weeks, we'd worked with several dealerships, some of which were more than 100 miles away. We were ultimately turned away by their unwillingness to negotiate a fair deal with us in a timely manner. After about giving up, we came across the Faulkner Ciocca VW of Allentown website and learned that they had the car we wanted on their lot. Faulkner Ciocca VW of Allentown, PA was unlike any of the other dealerships we'd encountered. We were easily able to negotiate a reasonable deal with Tina Collins, all via e-mail, no less, within a matter of minutes. Talk about excellent, hassle-free customer service! She was really great! She gave me a quote on my trade-in without having even seen the car (I provided the vin #). It was completely hassle-free and that's how it should be if they want repeat and word-of-mouth business. So upon receiving the quote via e-mail, we went in person the following Saturday and purchased the car for the price they quoted us via e-mail and they even gave us an additional $250 off for my trade-in. Jason Yost helped us with the sale. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and I highly recommend him. No bait and switch, high-pressure techniques or haggling back and forth for weeks. To top it off, the people there are really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're completely satisfied--what more could you ask for? Overall very knowledgable, concerned with finding the best fit, not getting the best sale. Dealers themselves are volkswagen drivers and believe in their product.
