My husband and I are from Scott Township, Pa and were unable to find the vehicle and price we were able to find at Faulkner & Ciocca. We shopped around looking at alot of good dealerships and looked at various makes and models. We ended up going with Faulkner-Ciocca because of the friendly attitude and honest approach. I bought a new Jetta from these guys today and it was a good experience. I got a quote online, they didn't try any games with the price after I got there. I was shopping for a new VW GOLF TDI for over three weeks and had been talking to many VW dealers, who only wanted me to "come in for a test drive" where as I wanted to get my pricing in line before I went a and had been talking to many VW dealers, who only wanted me to "come in for a test drive" where as I wanted to get my pricing in line before I went as to ensure we were both in the same ballpark of where I needed to be. I spoke with Chris Fleming via email and then on the phone and had my price worked out before ever stepping foot into his dealership. During the entire process he was responsive, reasonable and overall a pleasure to work with. The night of my purchase, I was treated honestly, respectfully, the car was as described and most importantly, all pre-negotiated terms were honored. Overall, my experience with Chris and Faulkner VW was one of my best car buying experience ever (I've bought 5 new cars in my lifetime so far.) I would highly recommend dealing with them if you're buying a VW. More
