Phenomenal experience purchasing a Certified BMW. The staff, Jim, Charles and others have been very patient with me. Trying to buy a car with what is going on in the world right now has been very difficult - most importantly, finding "the one" took time. This group, Jim specifically, took time to understand my specific needs/wants in my next BMW. They understood that with me "passing" on certain cars over the months was not because I was not serious: it simply just was not "the one". When I noticed the M340 I purchased, I went to Circle BMW that day. As soon as Jim saw me, he immediately pulled up the detailed records, specs, and 'all the things' I normally ask for without even asking me. He KNEW why I was there without me even saying a single word. We took it out together and immediately after the test drive, we both knew what was next. He quickly provided insight into the price and shared details with me that allowed me to make a quick decision. Andrew is unlike any other finance manager I worked with. It was also evident in how closely the team at Circle BMW collaborates. I could tell that everything I shared with Jim was already on Andrew's mind. He did not "sell" me on anything but what he shared was all based on data and provided recommendations that I was able to hear out and make decisions with. Overall, I'd highly recommend this location. It's only my 4th BMW; however, I cannot see myself going anywhere else in the future - this location exceeded my expectations for the overall buying experience compared to the other BMW locations I've previously purchased from.
