NO surprise with this 5 star rating. I left Open Road - disgusted with feedback and service.... Both Bob and Brian R have restored my faith in service reps and their amazing mechanics! I walked into the dealer this past Monday and was introduced to Brian Prull, a sales representative. I told Brian what I was looking for and we went out and drove a 530 & 540 BMW.
