Frank not only was easy to deal with, he gave me a very fair deal and we ended up really hitting it off and I am happy to now call him a friend. I highly recommend you deal with Frank if you're looking for a pre-owned car. In addition, Phu (the CPO manager) was really great in helping with a mechanical issue the car had. He covered the cost of repair without issue and now the car is perfect. Thanks Circle BMW!!! Five Stars! More
BEST of the BEST In early November '18, I purchased an absolutely stunning red 2015 BMW 428i xDrive retractable hard top Convertible fully loaded, in showroom conditio In early November '18, I purchased an absolutely stunning red 2015 BMW 428i xDrive retractable hard top Convertible fully loaded, in showroom condition, at Circle BMW. I saved up for awhile and decided to treat myself. However, I had a few concerns, mainly since it was my first BMW purchase, it was pre-owned and not new (what could be wrong with it as I typically only buy new cars), and the mileage was a bit higher than average. All of my questions and concerns were addressed professionally, respectfully, and courteously with Frank Vitolo! First thing I noticed, he has extensive car knowledge. He explained the car was thoroughly inspected by a factory trained BMW technician at their dealership when it was traded in by the prior owner, and I was able to review the inspection report myself to find they replaced all tires (run flat's almost $300 each), new rear brakes, and did a full synthetic oil and filter change. So my confidence went up the car was properly looked over. Frank told me to take my time with the road test and I went by myself, which I prefer. I kept the radio off during the drive to listen for any abnormalities and did not find any. The car checked out perfectly and was clearly very well taken care of by the prior owner, who also had it serviced it's entire life at Circle. It was very helpful I was able to examine all service records prior to purchase. When it came to negotiating, even though the price was already adjusted down several times prior to my arrival (I was watching the car online for awhile since it was a convertible in the off-season), Frank was still able to offer additional savings, which in and of itself was remarkable, due to the fact the car looked brand new and had recent work done. In fact, ALL of my co-workers thought I bought a brand new car, that's how perfect it was! The purchase experience was the best I've ever had, and I've paid cash for several new cars. I was going to pay cash for this car as well, however, Frank was looking out for me and suggested an alternative. With interest rates being very low and my credit being Tier 1, Frank brilliantly suggested keeping my money in the bank (earning interest/investing elsewhere), and financing the purchase at a rock bottom interest rate, essentially saving me money and keeping my finances flexible. Since the purchase, I'm much happier I set the deal up this way. To complete the deal (it was very late when I first arrived), Frank actually changed his schedule and came in the next day on his day off, just to see everything went smoothly completing the deal and to ensure the car was detailed properly and that I was satisfied. Buying experience start to finish 10/10. Fast forward to Feb'19: I put only 800 miles on the car since I purchased it, since it's the off-season and the weather is not so nice. So we just had a 65 degree day so I figure what the heck, let's go top down and have some fun. Well it was a great ride, until I arrived back home. When I went to close the fully automatic convertible top, which is a very complex piece of engineering, I heard something snap and the top would not fully close, it was ajar on the right side. My heart about sunk into my stomach. I was immediately concerned, as I just opened the top 3 or 4 times since I bought it and now it's broken, probably going to run me a ton of money in repairs. I immediately drove it to Circle without a service appointment. The service department was very helpful and cordial in accommodating me at 5pm with no appointment. Met with Bryan Raiken, who has superior repair and technical knowledge and explains everything simply. He also makes himself available at any time and is easy to communicate with and is sure to answer all questions promptly. Long story short, the repair was $1200. Since Frank and I hit it off so well on my purchase, I figured I'd reach out to see if he could assist in any way or even offer advice on what I should do. Well to my delight, Frank responded right away and said he would look into it and keep him aware of any new developments. After a few days and some discussion, with Frank's help, the dealership and myself were able to reach an outstanding resolution that far exceeded my expectations. Circle BMW staff literally turned a nightmare situation into a stress-free repair. I will be a life-long customer of both Frank Vitolo's and Circle BMW. I love my car and will be back for a new M4. Thank you to all at Circle BMW for a making my car buying and service repair experiences outstanding 5 stars the best I've ever had!! More
