Easy to Work With! Sought out and met with Bob based on recommendation of a friend. He was friendly and helpful in working through our purchase. He did not give us a hard sell, letting us explore several models until we decided on the specific model we were interested in. At that point he provided us with an initial price & checked the available inventory and cars-in-production inventory to see how close a match could be found. We identified a car in production that matched our choice. He looked at our BMW trade-in and give us a "fair" offer. I wasn't concerned because I would negotiate on the bottom line cost of the car plus the trade in. He worked with us on negotiating a price and we reached an acceptable number. Bob checked for additional rebates, which involved taking out a short term loan as we were buying our new BMW rather than leasing it. On the day we picked the car up there was an additional incentive offer that he informed us was available and saved us a few hundred dollar more. Overall a pleasant purchasing experience. I should point out that this was the 4th BMW that we have purchased from Circle BMW and our first buying experience with Bob. More
