He was very helpful throughout the process, worked out a deal that worked for me, communicated well with me, was easy to reach for additional information, and made sure the whole process was quick and easy. Even when I noticed some minor issues with the car after purchasing, Frank helped me to take care of them in a very fair way that left me satisfied. Others at Circle BMW that I had to deal with were also very helpful, friendly and efficient. Overall, I feel like Frank and Circle BMW will make sure the client is satisfied.
