They are by far the most hospitable and most reasonable dealership in the area. They are not condescending like other dealerships tend to be. They are able to manage customer expectations as well as being able to expedite paper work very well. I am more than pleased with my experience every time I visit the Circle sales team. Danny Wong is a fantastic representative of what every salesman should be. He is prompt, kind, curious and gives you the real story every time without the normal bait and switch most salesman do. That is why I always come back. This is my 3rd purchase from Circle BMW out of 5 BMW's I have owned. I will continue to return as a loyal customer. Antonio Carneiro was also fantastic with helping answer all of my questions accurately. Very down to earth and humble guy. I have had bad experiences with finance managers at other dealerships and it is night and day sitting as his desk as opposed to some others I have sat at. He is always sure to give his undivided attention to the customer while they are at his desk and doesn't allow distractions as often as they may be attempted by other staff members as well as the phone ringing. That goes along way as a consumer that they are able to truly give their undivided attention just for those 10 minutes. It means a lot. It shows they really care. Thanks again, Paul K. More
