My New BMW X3 I went with my husband to test drive a 2019 BMW X3, it drives like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Upon returning from the test drive, a very nice gentleman offered to help us., his name is Cliff, as soon as we started talking to him we felt comfortable, what a great person to do business with. We can’t say enough about him & Circle BMW, what a warm & professional family owned dealership!!! The entire staff who helped us was great. Definitely worth leaving our neighborhood to come here. I had given up on BMW because of my recent horrible experience with Dch BMW of freehold. Which I had leased two vehicles from before .I was considering to go to other dealerships to find my next car. It wasn’t until I was lucky enough to speak to and meet Cliff at circle that turned me back to BMW. He made the entire buying experience as easy as possible and really took into consideration my needs and most of all my budget. He worked hard to get me what I was looking for at the price I needed to remain at . There was none of that back and forth haggling which I hate at other dealerships . It was a pleasure to work with him and plan on using him again in the future for my son . Thank you Cliff for all your hard work and making me a happy customer .
