I had received an offer from another BMW dealership (which I already thought was more than fair considering 3 competing BMW dealerships flat out said they couldn't come close to it). A friend of mine has had great experiences with Circle in the past, so I decided to make one more inquiry with them before making my decision. I reached out and within minutes I was put in contact Mike. Mike, with full confidence, said he would be able to get me a better deal, AND put me in a better car. He more than came through on both of those commitments. What I valued as much as him going to bat for me on the deal itself was his respect for my time. I was on a tight schedule today, and he went above and beyond to expedite as much as he could before I even arrived at the dealership. I was in-and-out within 2 hours (more like 90 minutes) - nothing I can complain about there considering I've had to suffer through a couple 8 hour new car transactions in the past with other dealers. I was also assisted by Finance Manager Hon Fung. He worked with us to tie up some loose ends and was a great ambassador for both BMW and the Circle dealership. He helped close out what was an already great buying experience. Last but not least, please send my thanks to the gentleman who helped me get to know the technology and features within my new car right before I drove off the lot - I didn't get his card, and I forgot his name! He spent ample time with me, had admirable levels of patience for my (seemingly) endless line of questions. Not once was he patronizing even though I was likely asking what could be considered elementary questions about the car! He welcomed every question I had, and it was clear he was an authority on the car's features. I appreciated his passion for both the brand and customer experience. The only feedback I can give, which doesn't detract from my overall rating because this was beyond Michael and Hon's control: I left the dealership with a single key fob as the second one couldn't be located. The car I purchased was a service loaner with minimal miles on it, and apparently the second key was misplaced at some point (or at least couldn't be located today). Circle BMW is ordering a new one for me, and I'll have to come in to have it programmed to the car. In an ideal world I would've left with both key fobs in hand to save me the trip (and mileage) back to the dealer, but it isn't the end of the world. Thanks Circle BMW for a great overall experience today. I look forward to doing business with you guys again in 3 years when my lease is up. More
