From the very beginning I was treated as though I was their main priority. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, the entire process was executed smoothly. Buying a car is a big decision and my salesman, Mel- was terrific. He made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Antonio- in finance, was so knowledgeable & patient with me, never hesitating to explain all the paperwork we had to go through (even though it took some time). Being a female going into this alone can be very intimidating but both really made me feel as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and I truly want to thank Antonio and Mel for taking such terrific care of me. You have earned a lifelong customer. More

Very unprofessional demeanor, "broing" and "dudeing" over the phone, unresponsive to emails for days, and duplicitious in the conveyance of information. Not only this but largely unable to answer simple questions. Unsure how he's retained employment to be honest. Anyway, called BMW directly and they referred me to another dealership with a financier who was helpful and got my $3000 sale for his dealership instead. While the service department and floor sales people at Circle are good, I'm not sure what's going on with their finance and other sales department. More
