Exceptional service and an interesting story. In shopping for a new vehicle, we were looking for a vehicle that handled as well as our prior car (A Volkswagen Golf TDI...Model Year 2010)...In test In shopping for a new vehicle, we were looking for a vehicle that handled as well as our prior car (A Volkswagen Golf TDI...Model Year 2010)...In test driving cars we found that the BMW was superior in its handling. We tend to be studious shoppers and in pricing the vehicle we compared prices against two other dealers. Once we decided on a BMW, we also wanted to insure that if we were spending our hard earned money on a German car, it should be manufactured in Germany. We did not want a vehicle manufactured in Brazil if it was supposed to be a German vehicle. This tended to pose problems for at least one other dealer. On a bit of a whim, as I was in the area for business, I stopped at Circle BMW. A manager happened to notice me looking at vehicles on the lot (where actually I was looking for an X1 that was built in Germany) and he introduced me to Danny Wong. I explained our shopping experience to Danny. I included the fact that I had been in contact with BMW Germany, the BMW Genius and local BMW dealers and simply put, no one could guarantee that if we ordered an X1 it would be built in Germany. Danny was not only patient, he was interested. As I explained the situation to him, I noted that of course we were price shopping, but the country of manufacture was a deal breaker more than the price. In short order, Danny provided a price (no back and forth games). I told him that I had to price check this one more time. To Circle BMW's credit, and Danny's, there were no comments about having to sign on now or you will lose the price...Much appreciated. After price checking, I sat with Danny and told him again that the country of origin was a make or break issue on the vehicle. In preparing the order, I made certain that it was noted on the forms that if the vehicle came in from a country of origin other than Germany, it would be rejected. Danny, did not flinch, did not backpedal nor did he seem to think that this was an odd request. He did admit that it was unusual, but he fully understood. The car was delivered in the time promised, about 8 weeks. The paperwork was correct and the transaction was smooth. Thank you Danny and BMW should really make all of its vehicles in Germany.... Also, upon delivery, I want to thank Danny for setting us up with Bryan who took the time to go over the vehicle in great detail. All in all a fine purchase experience. More

Even after we did purchase a car, he followed up to be sure that we were happy and had made the right decision. We would highly recommend him to friends and family, it’s not often you find this type of service. We will definitely be back when the time comes for a new vehicle. More

This year with their new sales manager Laura Fluor they were willing to work with me to get me in the car I wanted for the price that worked. Mike Rich the sales associate was excellent from start to finish despite it being his first sale. If he didn't know something he was able to point me to someone with the answers. Overall very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to lease and service my vehicles through this dealership. More
