Quality, relaxed and complete satisfaction. This is my 2nd purchase from Circle and I can't say it enough how laid back and low pressure this dealership is. Not to mention the salesmen and service department. I have yet to ever have an issue with any of them. My current salesman, Danny Wong was excellent. He was extremely patient and never ignored any of my questions plus gave a full explanation via email, which is rare to find with a true salesman. Most of them just ifnore you until you go away or return an answer at their convenience. Danny not only returned every single email and call, but went above and beyond in trying to help me by guiding me in the right direction each time we became close to a purchase (even if I didn't want to hear it haha). The day we finally made something happen (which took an easy 2 months), I think everyone, including Mr. DeFelice was happy. Buying a car is never simple. Theres a ton of research involved and with that comes many questions and not every sales person will provide the true honest answer and quickly. Despite all the hurdles we had in this purchase, I still hands down have zero desire to walk into any other dealership. Circle proved me right in knowing the quality of the product I was buying and the loyalty that stuck behind it. I would absolutely refer Circle to anyone in the market for a BMW and to use my guy Danny, he by far surpassed my expectations and I am truly grateful. Excellent Experience! Every interaction I’ve had at Circle BMW was phenomenal. My first interaction was with Phu as there were no sales reps available when I walked in and Every interaction I’ve had at Circle BMW was phenomenal. My first interaction was with Phu as there were no sales reps available when I walked in and he was incredibly helpful and personable and listened to everything I was looking for before Robert was available to help me. Robert and I test drove a car on my first visit that I decided wasn’t for me, but their personability and customer service is the reason I returned when I was ready to purchase. Robert helped me select the best car for my needs and I couldn’t love it more! He stayed with me through every step of the financing, even though it was an hour+ after they closed by the time we were all done. We worked out the numbers to where I was comfortable and both Robert and Phu were incredibly accommodating, nothing like the typical “used car deal”. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed, Phu came up to speak to me (after hours, mind you) And thanked me for my business and for coming back. I would recommend, and have recommended, everyone I know to visit Circle BMW and Work exclusively with Robert And Phu. More
