This year with their new sales manager Laura Fluor they were willing to work with me to get me in the car I wanted for the price that worked. Mike Rich the sales associate was excellent from start to finish despite it being his first sale. If he didn't know something he was able to point me to someone with the answers. Overall very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to lease and service my vehicles through this dealership. More

Just as with our last BMW, Danny explained all the current options available and walked the lot to point out all of the features and colors that might interest us. At Circle BMW they don’t play the “Let me talk to my manager” game while they make you sit around, so Frank Picone got the nod to come in and close the deal with the price we were looking for. In less that 60 minutes from start to finish, the order was placed for our new 2018 BMW. Circle BMW will not lose a customer over price. More

The dealership is obviously well managed, and they clearly h My interaction with Circle BMW was perhaps the best car buying experience I've ever had. The dealership is obviously well managed, and they clearly have high standards in terms of the people they employ. Every person I interacted with was top notch, from the receptionist to salesperson to sales manager to finance manager to car technicians. I'd like to commend my salesperson, Mike Lorzing, in particular. His courtesy and professionalism should be recognized and lauded in an industry that, quite frankly, has a plethora of sub-par performers. He's friendly, affable, and well informed. If he doesn't have an immediate answer to a question, he does the research and gets back to you promptly. The negotiation process was fair, relatively quick, and reasonably executed. After the negotiation was completed and the financing underway, a potential technical speed bump presented itself, and Mike handled it like a pro. He took initiative and facilitated the resolution of my issue before I left the lot. Not every salesperson would bother, so I was extremely appreciative. A special thanks to Zach (BMW tech) for his assistance in the matter. Mine was a non-standard purchase in that I was registering the car in RI. Mike coordinated with the back office staff to ensure that the registration paperwork was handled efficiently and expeditiously. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Circle BMW.
