Rob is a true professional, offered me a fantastic deal and is very honest. The car was ready when I got there and just needed to sign paperwork. No hard sales, no bait and switch, no endless waiting. Leasing is usually a draining experience but not with Rob. The service tech was helpful and Joanne in finance was also lovely and not pushy. Easy, no pressure quick transaction I emailed Circle BMW inquiring about a lease. I received a return email, as I hadn't provided my phone number. When I provided my number, I received a prompt call from Ed. He gave me financial specifics over the phone instead of pressuring me to come to the dealer first. Once I was set on the model and options, he showed me what they had in their inventory. They didn't give me blue book for my low mileage trade, but they tried to work with the price as much as possible to get me closer to the payment I was comfortable with. (I've never gotten blue book for my trade from a dealer in the past.) It was a low stress, no pressure transaction, which I appreciate. I will be back again in 3 years when my lease is up. More
