So happy with service! Since I purchased my CPO BMW in 2012 each time I've taken my car in for service I'm always amazed and how well they take care of me. Todays experience Since I purchased my CPO BMW in 2012 each time I've taken my car in for service I'm always amazed and how well they take care of me. Todays experience was no different. I pulled up and was greeted by the smiling faces of the guys who took my car and walked me in, got smiles from the friendly receptionists and most of all received superior treatment from my service advisor Rob who addressed all my concerns, kept me updated while my repairs were being performed and bent over backwards to do anything he could to put my mind at ease. When he advised me that my both my drivers side wheels were dented and that my warranty would cover the repair I knew that the team at Circle were again really looking out for me. Best Experience! I have leased many cars from various manufacturers including another BMW dealership from a previous lease and dealing with Rob from this dealership b I have leased many cars from various manufacturers including another BMW dealership from a previous lease and dealing with Rob from this dealership by far was the most effortless and comfortable experience. Rob is a true professional, offered me a fantastic deal and is very honest. The car was ready when I got there and just needed to sign paperwork. No hard sales, no bait and switch, no endless waiting. Leasing is usually a draining experience but not with Rob. The service tech was helpful and Joanne in finance was also lovely and not pushy. One can have true confidence that they will get good value and be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Rob and Circle BMW More

The dealership was having a difficult time obtaining the e Worked with Ed to lease a 330i X GT and I’m very happy I didn’t settle for a different car. The dealership was having a difficult time obtaining the exterior/interior color I wanted but Ed came through at the end. The car had a few more features than what I was looking for, but Ed and Laura worked with me on pricing. At closing, finance seemed a little pushy, but it all worked out in the end. Would definitely go through Ed and Circle BMW again and would recommend them to a friend or family member. More

Paul Richardson is the Best! I went to Circle BMW to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW for my daughter who was becoming a new driver. Paul Richardson went out of his way to help I went to Circle BMW to purchase a certified pre-owned BMW for my daughter who was becoming a new driver. Paul Richardson went out of his way to help me. Paul found the perfect safe car for my daughter. When we went to pick up the car, Paul went the extra mile to help surprise my daughter. He placed a red bow on the car and really planned my daughters surprise. We were able to video my daughter as Paul crafted a great surprise! It was priceless! Easy, no pressure quick transaction I emailed Circle BMW inquiring about a lease. I received a return email, as I hadn't provided my phone number. When I provided my number, I received I emailed Circle BMW inquiring about a lease. I received a return email, as I hadn't provided my phone number. When I provided my number, I received a prompt call from Ed. He gave me financial specifics over the phone instead of pressuring me to come to the dealer first. Once I was set on the model and options, he showed me what they had in their inventory. They didn't give me blue book for my low mileage trade, but they tried to work with the price as much as possible to get me closer to the payment I was comfortable with. (I've never gotten blue book for my trade from a dealer in the past.) It was a low stress, no pressure transaction, which I appreciate. I will be back again in 3 years when my lease is up. More
