My service advisor, Paul Starnes, is courteous, friendly and accommodating to the Nth degree. When I had a question about a headlight not working, the Tech, Matt, came over and explained why the turning lights only come on when turning corners. The BEST experience!! AMAZING Service!! Thanks Paul I recently bought a beautiful CPO 328 and was scared by a sudden check engine light. However Paul handled my issue from start to finish and made me fe I recently bought a beautiful CPO 328 and was scared by a sudden check engine light. However Paul handled my issue from start to finish and made me feel at ease. The issue was minor and was covered under warranty and fixed immediately (in addition to loaner provided). I also had small issue with key fobs and while my car was in service Paul made sure to fix that issue also and provided 2 new key fobs. He also took care of oil change and filters making this a complete service. What started out as a scare turned into a great experience!! Paul was professional and efficient handling my issues while making me feel confident in circle BMW and at ease. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend circle BMW and Paul to everybody! Exceptional Service experience I failed a NJ state inspection due to my DMTL pump was broken. Because Circle BMW is located across a road, I just dropped by. Before my first visi I failed a NJ state inspection due to my DMTL pump was broken. Because Circle BMW is located across a road, I just dropped by. Before my first visit to Circle BMW, I have visited several dealership in NY as well as NJ. Whenever I visit other dealerships, they seem to just want to earn my money... Even though my parts are covered by SULEV warranty which is something special warranty, they didn't tell me about it and gave me an estimation for service because they didn't know about the warranty. But, Paul is a different service adviser. He told me that my part is covered before I mentioned it. I didn't expect he knew SULEV warranty because most of SA don't know about it. I was really impressed Paul's service and he is really exceptional. I would go again and recommend this place. More
