The only time that I felt less than totally comfortable was when the finance manager tried to hard sell me on tire/wheel protection but other than that, Danny and his sales manager Laura were professional throughout. Tremendous Service Department I made a mistake. I leased my BMW X5 from Freehold BMW which was a horrid experience. This past weekend I got 2 flat tires on the right side and the I made a mistake. I leased my BMW X5 from Freehold BMW which was a horrid experience. This past weekend I got 2 flat tires on the right side and the closest BMW to my home is Circle BMW. I called them and they could not have been nice or more professional. The gentleman who helped me spent hours on the phone with my tire insurance company that Freehold BMW gave me no info on. After several hours, the claim was approved and the tires would be replaced. They even gave me a loaner car despite the fact I did not lease the car there. Professionalism from start to finish I will buy all my future cars from Circle. Thank you again. More
