I am a NYC transplant and am accustomed to sales and customer service being on top of their game to survive in a highly competitive market, and overall I find that Good Customer Service rarely exists in Monmouth County especially the Jersey Shore, but Danny Wong does not fit that mold. He raises the bar on Every Level! He was informed and transparent with all the information he had and was a tremendous help through the entire process. I have purchased Range Rovers in the past and I can honestly say I will never buy another Range Rover and will only deal with Danny Wong due to his diligence and personable skills. I have never felt so good buying a new car. Go See This Guy!!! More

Worst Dealership Experience I have been looking at a particular BMW for a long time with the options I wanted. After finding the one I want at this dealership which was 4 hours a I have been looking at a particular BMW for a long time with the options I wanted. After finding the one I want at this dealership which was 4 hours away, I decided to contact Circle BMW and get a deal worked out. Steve Burak was working with me and answering all of the questions I had which was helpful. I made numerous inquiries to go around the car and make sure there were no dings or scratches on the car. I was told the the car is "in showroom condition which is why we display it at the front entrance". I finally decide to make the trip and when I arrived, I discovered that the exterior of the car was in a very bad shape. It looked like it was side swiped and dinged everywhere. Very disappointed about the dishonesty of Steve. It was a wasted trip for me and lesson learned for sure. This dealership has very good reviews on DealerRater which is why I was somewhat confident about traveling 4 hours. I hate to leave this negative review but this review reflects my experience. Try to avoid Steve and work with someone else, Im positive you will have better luck than me based on reviews here. More

They are usually unctuous and unpleasantly aggressive and are just trying to make a sale rather than get their client into the car that best suits them and their needs. WELL! Not with Danny! I'm actually a little sad that I've purchased the car because I wish I had a reason to keep calling and emailing him. He is polite and respectful, incredibly knowledgable, funny and friendly and an all around nice guy. He worked with me to find the car of my dreams and I could not be happier (as evidenced by the fact that the car had 7 miles on it when I picked it up and now has more than 200 in only 2 days). The entire staff at Circle BMW were wonderful, including the genius who went on countless test drives with me and the lovely lady at the front desk who was so excited for me when my car arrived. I am excited to return to Circle when it's time to buy my next new car! More
