“There are two sides to every story.” Interesting that you made the effort to see this vehicle as you told us in your email that you essentially did not agree with the price, concluding with the words “thanks anyway.” Unbeknownst to us, you decided to drive to our dealership without alerting us in advance. Had you called us, we would have told you that the vehicle was off site at a facility undergoing reconditioning and safety checks. At the point of your inquiry the vehicle was in pending status awaiting completion of reconditioning. When you were here, we offered you the first right of refusal and said we would call you when the vehicle is ready for sale. You declined our offer. While we are sorry that you were inconvenienced, your harsh review does not tell the whole story and is frankly biased and unfair. Circle BMW is ranked by BMW as a “Center of Excellence” or one of the top BMW Centers in the country.
