Danny Wong, and Frank Picone embody Customer Care! I looked at many cars, and many dealerships in search of my next weekend toy, and finally decided on an M4. In the process I talked to 3 local dealers I looked at many cars, and many dealerships in search of my next weekend toy, and finally decided on an M4. In the process I talked to 3 local dealers, and went to meet the sales people. In the end I bought the car from Circle BMW not because it was the cheapest, but because customer service is more important to me than a couple of dollars I would save by going to a large "Home Depot Type" dealership. Both Frank, and Danny understand the need to build a relationship based on customer care, and service. Frank even traded cars with another dealer to get me early allocation on this low production car. I have yet to try their service department, but if it is anything like the experience up front on the sales side, I am sure I'll be back for the next BMW to Circle. More
