I read the reviews on the existiing salespeople and decided to contact John Marchetti to inquire about purchasing my X5 instead of leasing the new model. John emailed me back immediately and really made the transition as seemless as possible. He explained how everything would work ahead of time and kept on top of contacting me as the process moved along - even reminding me when my last lease payment was due:). I appreciate his attention to those kind of details and was impressed with how he handled the entire transaction. I feel comfortable at Circle and have chosen to stay there, even though I've moved closer to two other dealerships - but a dealership is only as good as its employees. A truly refreshing experience I went into this dealership with the same expectations as any other.
