The sticker price was significantly more than the price they quoted on their website but they were happy to start negotiating from the web price. The price negotiation wasn't too long/hard. Overall service was good and they didn't try to sell anything else with the car. I would recommend the sales rep John Marchetti and the dealership. More

John emailed me back immediately and really made the transition as seemless as possible. He explained how everything would work ahead of time and kept on top of contacting me as the process moved along - even reminding me when my last lease payment was due:). I appreciate his attention to those kind of details and was impressed with how he handled the entire transaction. I feel comfortable at Circle and have chosen to stay there, even though I've moved closer to two other dealerships - but a dealership is only as good as its employees.
