Robert provided me extraordinary personalized service. My 2007 750Li was totaled in an accident I was in the week before. Prior to this I had no intention of replacing my 750 but continue to maintain it at y 2007 750Li was totaled in an accident I was in the week before. Prior to this I had no intention of replacing my 750 but continue to maintain it at your service center which I have only had excellent experiences as well. Visiting your dealership after the accident, I was intending on replacing my 2007 750 Li with a used vehicle of the same model. Robert was patient and compassionate to my circumstances. After researching several options with Robert I had not previously considered, I purchased a new 2013 BMW 5 Series. I was so appreciative of Robert's approach to my circumstance and I am confident I made the right decision. He has continued to stay in touch to make sure my purchase continues to satisfy me. I am very pleased with both the sales and service at Circle BMW. I got what I feel is a good price on my CPO X5 and John was extremely helpful in helping find the right car for me.
