I was very happy with John. However, I was not happy with the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the money for my trade in. I've traded in cars before and always got my money at the time of pu with the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the money for my trade in. I've traded in cars before and always got my money at the time of purchase/trade in and have talked with other people who have told me the same thing. And while I did eventually get my money it did make me feel very uneasy to just give my car away with the title and not get anything in return for weeks to come. It is for this reason that I will only recommend this dealership if a person is not trading in a vehicle with their purchase. More

John was extremely helpful from the moment I met him when I bought my car. Over the next few weeks, anytime I had a concern or question, I would email him and he would respond within 24 hours. My experience was incredible, from start to finish. It is not very easy finding a new or certified pre-owned car in your price range (with expensive taste) in a short amount of time. John was not only patient with me, he listened to what I really wanted and what really mattered. Ultimately that was the reason why we continued to return back to Circle BMW out of all the other dealerships in the area. Great customer service goes a long way. Top notch professionalism and friendliness. He was extremely knowledgeable on the cars but didn't sound like he was trying to sell us something. It just flowed in conversation. After John sold me the car the finance and Management department were just as friendly, informative and patient. Circle BMW has a new loyal client.
