I had a 2000 238i for the past 11 and a half years. I finally decided to get a new BMW. I was greated at Cirlce BMW by Jonathan Paciello, who was very friendly. I took a car out for a test drive, and then we walked around the lot to look at interior colors. I couldn't decide for a while on the interior color and Jonathan was very patient with me. My sales experience was great. Jonathan was helpful and not pushy. Yesterday, when I went to pick up my plates, Jonathan put them on my car for me. As an added note - I had been using Circle BMW for all my 2000 328i service needs and the service department has been great as well. More

We brought our pre-owned car (128i convertible) that we bought out of state to repair a technical issue that was within warranty. They served us as if we bought the car with them. When it turned out to be a longer repair they immediately drove us home and picked us up later that day. The service is personal, friendly and competent. We had such a positive experience that we switched from our old dealer and bought our next car with them. The purchase process was the same way. It is a dealership where everybody knows everybody and customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism that could be expected when driving a luxury car. We do not drive the most expensive BMWs and we were treated the same way as other customers with a 7 series. This is something we have not experienced at a dealer also listed for NJ where we felt as being second class citizens. By the way the ambience is upscale and modern and matches the luxurious cars they sell. We will report back when we received our new X3. More
