I was very pleased with Circle BMW for a few reasons. My sales person did not pressure me at all about buying the vehicle. Most dealers are all over you when you come in to buy a car applying greater level sales person did not pressure me at all about buying the vehicle. Secondly, the test drive experience was good as well. I test drove the vehicle with my wife and the sales person simply sat int he back and let my wife and I converse about the car. The salaes person only spoke when we had questions about the car. It was almost as if he was not there. Finally, the actually buying experience was very smoothe. Paperwork was organized, each was explained to me and then they had a separate person orient me to the car before I drove it off the lot. More

Originally I had went to Freehold BMW to inquire about purchasing a 335. The salesman I spoke with was very short and abrupt. He didnt take the time do get out of his desk and show me a car. But still, I called to schedule a test drive. On the day of the test drive there were tons of people in the showroom. The woman I was scheduled with wasn't even on the premises and I stood around for 45 minutes waiting for someone to take care of me. Needless to say I never went back. A few weeks later I went into Circle BMW of Eatontown. Len was sitting at his desk and we were introduced. I told him what I was looking for and kindly he explained they didn't have anything on the lot but stopped what he was doing to show me something similar. Five months later I went back to Len who still remembered me and we ordered a 335is Coupe. The car was delivered in 9 weeks as he promised. Throughout the sales process, Len never looked at me with dollar signs in his eyes. He didn't use any tricky sales practices nor did he try to sell me something I didn't want. I was pleased with the price Len and I reached. Bottom line, Len Digilio is a professional in every aspect of the word. I will not buy my next BMW from anyone else. More

I loved my experience with Circle BMW. I explained to Eric the guidelines for a used car of my dreams, and he said he would look for me. He called me a few days later with a perfect vehicle. I made an appointment to come in and see the car, and the appointment time was honored. We went for the test drive and both the positives and negatives were discussed. I made the decision to buy the car that night but absolutely without any sales pressure. Two days later, Eric had the good news that James, the finance manager had managed to get me an even lower finance rate than quoted to me two days prior. Again, the appointment time was honored, even though I had changed the time that morning for my convenience. The car was well-cleaned and looked brand new. Both Eric and Brian showed me the features of the car, and the Bluetooth was set up for my cell. Within an hour, I was driving off the lot with my new to me car. Everyone was supportive and friendly, wishing me luck with my new vehicle. The owner was very generous and put his stamp of approval on the sale. Today I'm getting more comfortable with my new car, and it is even better than I thought. Best car-buying experience of my life! Thank you again, Eric! More

I had decided to trade my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder in for a new car. The choice was either an ML550, a Cayanne S or the X5. I narrowed it down to either the Porsche or the BMW after my first visit with Jon (Jo new car. The choice was either an ML550, a Cayanne S or the X5. I narrowed it down to either the Porsche or the BMW after my first visit with Jon (Jonathan Paciello) at Circle BMW. I excluded the ML mainly due to the fact that Mercedes did not take "care of me" on my last two visits there for service of my other cars eventhough I could have made a better deal at Mercedes as I have a fleet account with Mercedes. I visited Jon a 2nd time and even felt more comfortable with him. Jon was very proffessional, had great knowledge of the car I was interested in, did not try and sell me something else, like many others do, was very open to listening and answered my many questions maybe twice and three times as I tend to sometimes asked the same questions more than once. I consider Jon to be a down to earth kind of guy who had no problem taking as much time to answer all my questions. I did visit another BMW but never returned back as there was simply no comparison overall. This other dealer was more interested in selling me a car that they had on the lot instead of listening to me that I wanted a car ordered just the way I wanted it. Jon never pushed me or pressured me and I really liked the fact that he knew everything about the car and was so excited about talking about the car-that was important to me. The experience with Jon at Circle was well above my expectations and I am sure that I will be buying more cars from Jon in the near future. The deal I made was fair and was hassle free. I basically told them what I was willing to pay and it was done. There was no going back and forth and someone trying to do a sales job on me, etc. It was a wonderful experience and I am very happy that I ended up with the X5 as now I have a BMW contact for the future.
