Anyway, Len ensured that Circle gave me maximum value for my trade. At first glance it didn't appear that they had the car I wanted in stock, but Len double checked and found my vehicle on the lot. He made the effort to get me the best deal available and for that I am very appreciative. He made me feel at ease and I had no second thoughts about the deal. The facility is immaculate and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend Len in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW. More

I went to the dealership to service my ten year old three series convertible. We had been there before and liked the way we were treated. When Bob, the service specialist reviewed our estimate with us, my hu series convertible. We had been there before and liked the way we were treated. I went back to the dealership and asked Bob to recommend me a sales person that he would "send his mother to", not being a fan of the car sales experience. Bob referred me to Mike Castoria and I was comfortable with him from the start. He picked up on what was important to me and not once did he attempt to sell me a pricier car while I was there. When we were discussing the various options on different models I liked the way he used specific examples and personal experiences. His overall authenticity and communication skills made for an excellent experience. His sense of humor was a plus as well. I would also like to add that the financial specialist was also very approachable and patient with questions. We are typically not after sale purchasers, but the way he explained things sold us as well.I have already taken Mike's card for one of my friends and definately will continue to use this dealership and salesperson. I took a car out for a test drive, and then we walked around the lot to look at interior colors. I couldn't decide for a while on the interior color and Jonathan was very patient with me. My sales experience was great. Jonathan was helpful and not pushy. Yesterday, when I went to pick up my plates, Jonathan put them on my car for me. As an added note - I had been using Circle BMW for all my 2000 328i service needs and the service department has been great as well. More
